3. Use of DIAlog and Other Services

Access to DIAlog may be provided directly or through an organisation or consulting partner. DIAlog materials, survey tools, profiles, and reports are protected content and must not be copied, redistributed, or altered without our written permission.

You may access and use DIAlog for:

• Self-assessment and insight
• Facilitated team sessions or workshops
• Organisation-wide diagnostics via licensed use

If you complete the promotional version of DIAlog on our website, you will receive a shortened profile and we may contact you to follow up. You can opt out at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our site and in our tools, including text, graphics, DIAlog framework, profiles, and reports, is owned by or licensed to Data Understood. You may not use this content without our prior written consent, other than as allowed through a paid or trial service.

You must not use, scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract any part of this website, including its text, structure, media, or data, for any purpose without our prior written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of such content for training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, data aggregation, competitor analysis, or commercial exploitation.
